The reception desk is open from 10:00 to 15:30 and from 19:30 to 23:00, while in low season, and especially from October 1st until March 31st, it is open only from 12:00 to 14:30.

The complex also has parking space available only for short time (for getting luggage off the car). Long-term parking is provided upon request.
